Electrical Measurement Platform

Targeting the vertical spin-transfer phenomenon, various vertically structured arrays with different sizes and shapes are fabricated to investigate their spin-transfer switching characteristics. The goal is to explore the potential application of spin-transfer effects in the read/write mechanisms of microscale and vertical structures.
